ALLURING HANDS AND FEET

Take a few drops of olive oil and massage into both hands making sure all areas absorb the oil. Wear gloves overnight and see how soft your hands are in the morning.
Beautiful Feet
Mix 1 cup lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, 2 tbsp olive oil, ¼ cup milk, and warm water. Also add some flower petals. Soak in your feet. Wash with water and mild soap, and pat dry. Do this continually and you'll see the results.
MASSAGE THERAPY
You need: ½ cup coconut oil, ¼ cup cocoa butter, a few drops of essential (fragrant) oil optional (5 drops or less per ounce of coconut oil)
To make the massage oil, soften the coconut oil and cocoa butter in a double boiler over medium heat. Remove from the heat and blend, adding a few drops of essential oil, or less, per ounce of coconut oil.
* Coconut oil is ideal for massage - it protects the skin, lathers and melts easily upon skin contact, and easily washes out of towels. Other oils stain and leave odors on towels after a while. If you don't like the smell, you can always customize with your favorite essential oil scent.
