Oh you've just gone through a brutal buffet from the holidays, the last lash would have to be the Lunar New Year (orprobably the Valentines?) But guess what - you've gained pounds! What great way to start the year huh? But only equally great is the ground-gaining solution that has actually been around for centuries - only that it's not taken too much as a serious answer to maintaining a woman's fitness-level - Dance.
Most people only think of dance as a form of art, entertainment, or recreation. But did you know, coming from the physicals-corner, fitness experts themselves have been turning to traditional dance forms for more moves to burn extra weight? Yes - dance as a form of exercise.
There's dance sport - pretty sure you've heard about it. Ballroom dancing also is an excellent trimmer and cholesterol-leveler. Salsa? - just one of the sexy excuses for dating, keeps your body feeling and looking sexy too right? And ballet - any mom who wants their kid to learn a little disciple turns to this dance, also with an image of daughters growing into beautiful poised bodices. Ballet could be a great cardio workout, plus it's guaranteed strengthening.
Well you must still be thinking that these dances' offer those things that are not really within you goals. If you can't figure yourself into these dances mentioned, well good thing there's a lot more to choose from. To target your fat-prone parts and increase your fit-look overall, there's belly dance, the hula, jazz, modern street, or funk. Or, if you want - pole dancing, or disco all nights? Go ahead.
